The Heads! Avatars? Maybe. Made in 2011/2012 and originally shown as a grid of 70 paintings the heads individually are titled with botanical common names of popular marijuanna strains. Related in shape to Snood, Emoji, Olmec heads, etc, I thought of them as some kind of intelegent computing device long since abandoned on whatever world they call home.
